Program Overview

Project Background:Engineering vehicles are transportation machinery for large goods, and safety accidents are frequent due to the high mobility and danger of construction vehicles, small blind spots in the field of vision, and unlicensed/regulated driving/speeding/overloading of operators;

Four major pain points: inefficient management, high maintenance cost, risk of accidental stoppage, uneven utilization of vehicles;

National and local policies to promulgate forklift technology reform policy: TSG81-2022 field (plant) special motor vehicle safety technical regulations requirements, GB/T38893-2020 〖industrial vehicle safety monitoring and management system〗standard.


Solution:Develop AI visual safety monitoring system for forklift cargo transportation scenarios, face recognition with license, DMS driver behavior monitoring, BSD or AVM panoramic blind zone pedestrian and obstacle detection, vehicle condition monitoring and forecasting. Linkage vehicle control composed of active safety solutions, in a variety of complex working environment to help drivers to improve the safety and efficiency of forklift transportation, guarding the safety of people, vehicles and things. The program meets the national standard 808/1078 and other protocol standards.
